This award is for village or community redevelopments that have been completed in the previous five years, have been operating for at least one year as at 30 June 2023 and have not previously won the Award.
A redevelopment is any new construction on a site that has pre-existing uses.
Note: This award previously sat with the Award for Refurbishment or Redevelopment.
There are two categories available for nomination.
Categories:
- Large operator >500 ILU
- Small operator <500 ILU & Not for profit
The cost to enter this award is $950 including GST.
