This Award recognises an outstanding refurbishment in retirement living that have been completed in the previous five years, have been operating for at least one year as at 30 June 2023 and have not previously won the Award.
A refurbishment can relate to units and/or community facilities such as dining areas, library, swimming pool, croquet lawn, etc which have undergone minor or large refurbishment.
Note: This award was previously the Award for Best Refurbishment or Redevelopment.
There are two categories available for nomination:
- Refurbishment above $1M
- Refurbishment below $1M

The cost to enter this award is $950 including GST.
